Facility Rental Application must be completed by any user requesting space within the Lebanon School District. Form Includes fee schedule.
Liability coverage must be on file at the SAU in order to use space within the Lebanon School District.
1. Rentals will be booked at least one week prior to your need. Same day request can not be accommodated.
2. All rental requests need to be submitted electronically to jlaramie@sau88.net. I. E. Your name, location desired, time, dates, special needs (AV equipment, key, etc)
3. Requests should be received no later than Monday at noon the week prior to your request. You will receive an electronic response by Wednesday of that same week confirming your request.
Example: if a request is not sent by Monday at noon, you will not hear back from me until the following week. Requests are processed Monday to Monday.
***You may be bumped if a school related function occurs on your date. All conflicts will be addressed with as much advanced notice as possible.
