Preschool Special Education is available to all Lebanon residents of preschool age. A screening takes place first. Then, if the screening indicates more information is needed, an evaluation and decision by the team (which includes the parents) to determine if the child is eligible for SpEd services is completed. If the child is eligible for services, the team will write an IEP (Individual Education Program) and determine what services are needed and where those services are to take place.
Beginnings Preschool is an inclusive preschool program run by the school district for 3 and 4 year olds located at Mt. Lebanon School. Call or e-mail your name and address to request an application form from:

For the Fall of 2009 the application deadline is being changed to Feb. 15th. and the cost is $750.00 for the school year.
